What happens after you request a quote

You are on this page because we received your request. A confirmation email is on its way to your inbox with your reference number.
Step 2
Review
Our estimator reviews your property details, scope, and uploaded photos within one business day. Larger commercial and dormitory properties may get a free walkthrough.
Step 3
Follow-up
We send your fixed written scope and price by email. If we have not heard back, we gently follow up at 2 days and 5 days to answer any questions — no pressure, ever.
Step 4
Scheduling
Once you approve the quote, we lock in a date and time that fits your schedule. You get a text from the owner the day before arrival.
Step 5
Payment
Choose your cleaning date and payment details through the Request A Booking form. Recurring clients can be invoiced per visit.
